Saturday 3th June, 10:30am – 13:00 pm, at Meadowstreet Community Garden, age 14 and above.
In this workshop you will learn to understand what it takes to grow your own object from mycelium.
We will use a mould and colonised hemp substrate with Reishi (G. Lucidum) cultures to start growing your object. The biomaterial can be composted at the end of its life.
Mycelium bio fabrication is helping to decarbonise the material world and supports towards a circular economy.
